Why you should list your home with me As a RE/MAX agent for North Central Massachusetts, I manage my own business, which means that I have complete control over the marketing strategy for your home - including the budget! I receive all calls and inquiries on my listings, ensuring that all of your homes features and benefits are correctly detailed for potential buyers. I strongly believe in giving back to the community and I will donate some of my commission from the sale of your home to the Children's Miracle Network. Currently I sponsor numerous events that benefit the Ayer Boosters, The Janis Bresnahan Road Race, the Ayer Firefighters Road Race on Thanksgiving, the Ayer Firefighters Golf Tournament, Ayer Youth Football, Ayer Youth Baseball / Softball, the Breast Cancer 3 Day walk sponsor, and Prison Fellowship Ministries to name a few. I have participated in the intern program with Ayer High School to teach everything there is to know about Real Estate to a High School senior. I have continued the program and will do so indefinitely. In 2007, I will be giving three scholarships to local graduates, two to Ayer High School graduates and one to a Lawrence Academy graduate.
